Maison Solène is a specialty coffee atelier in DIBBA. We pour from a small library of single origins and rotate a menu that follows the year. In summer, we lean cold — long pours, foam, fruit, salt.

Everything you'll drink here was tasted twice this morning. The menu changes when the produce does. The room stays the same: quiet, warm, made for sitting longer than you planned.
